Breaking the Surface

Illustration of one of my new little fishy and future manga characters (hopefully) you can see here:

Here i illustrated a scene i have in mind for the possible manga. The characters are all deep sea fish and decide to travel to the surface. This image is his first encounter with the surface of the ocean. 8D _{kind of like us dipping our feet into the water for the first time}

I spent quite a few hours on this and i feel its my best peice so far. it has a few issues that maybe i can sort out at a later date but otherwise im pleased thanks everyone who kept me company on livestream while doing this, it was plenty of fun and great to ask when i couldnt make a decision (which was a lot of the time)
